Karen Tenenbaum, CHHC, HHC, CNHP, Digestive Health Specialist, Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Professional learned that health and weight loss goals couldn’t be achieved through fitness alone. The power of healing foods helped her overcome her own food disorders such as anorexia and bulimia and also have given her clients life-changing results. Karen is the owner of Guiding Hand Nutrition.
