Natural Ways to Kill Cancer

  • Hyperthermia: cancer cells can’t survive above 105 degrees. By simply heating the area where the tumor is, you can kill the cancer cells. This treatment has a 90% success rate. Some US providers will do it, you can also go to Mexico or Germany to have the treatment.
  • Remove toxicity from your life: unresolved conflict and unaddressed emotional issues block your body from detoxing, which creates the perfect environment for cancer. Look at where your life is out of balance—food, relationships, career, self-criticism, pent-up emotions—and take time to heal.
  • Go on a plant-based diet: create an alkaline environment in your body by filling your plate with plenty of vegetables, beans, fruits, probiotics, and fermented foods.
  • Clean up your diet: Get off sugar, red meat, processed foods and anything fizzy.
  • Find out what’s going on: If you know what’s going on in your body, you can treat it. RGCC testing will show you which substances work with your immune system to kill your cancer cells.
  • Take care of your teeth: One of the major causes of cancer is root canals. They cut off the tooth’s blood and nerve supplies, and eventually it becomes gangrenous and infected. Because the immune system is focused on the tooth, the rest of the body gets neglected, and cancer can develop. It’s best to take the tooth out.
  • Natural therapies: Coffee enemas, infrared saunas.

  • The more willing we are to love, the more the universe will support us. Be willing to let love into your life.
  • Start by loving yourself. Don’t pine for someone else’s attention, give yourself what you need.

 

Emunah’s tips to reconnect with your partner on Valentine’s Day

  • Forget the hustle of eating out and keep it simple instead; order in or cook together.
  • Make time to connect with your partner: no cell phones, no tv, no to-do lists.
  • Sit in front of each other and breathe together; synchronize your breath, look into each other’s eyes and be present. This alone is a hugely powerful practice. Begin to open your heart. Choose to be open, to let your partner in, to be vulnerable.
  • Hold the space for safe sharing. Tell your partner something you appreciate about them, something you find attractive, a fantasy you have. Then have them tell you.
  • Practice sacred orgasmic meditation.

Travis was always pretty active, playing several hours of basketball every day when he was in college. But when he started doing door-to-door sales, his health deteriorated. Let’s set those New Year intentions! How can we feel more empowered, more gorgeous, and healthier than ever?

 

First tip: resolutions are out! New year’s resolutions simply don’t work. In fact, over 90% fail. Why? One reason is because when we set ourselves rigid goals, we set ourselves up to not carry them through long term, and this leads to feelings of shame, blame and judgement. The underlying emotion is: I’m not good enough. And that feeling makes positive change almost impossible, and keeps you feeling like a failure. So much for a “happy” new year!

 

We all want change because we think it’s going to make us happier. It might be losing weight, getting a new job, buying a bigger house, getting married. But that’s the lie. Because happiness doesn’t come from external factors. Happiness comes within. If you can be happy by being grateful with what you have right now, you’re vibrating at a higher energy, and that’s when beautiful things happen.

 

So why not ditch the new year’s resolutions, and have a new year’s evolution instead? Evolve to be more at home and comfortable in your own skin, be more present, and be there for those who matter in your life. Here are our New Year VIP Health Panel’s tips on making your 2018 happier and healthier than ever!

 

  • Take baby steps—otherwise you won’t keep it up long term. Make small manageable goals that are sustainable.
  • Return to the present—when you’re present, time becomes more malleable. It’s not about the coming year: it’s about the now.
  • Change the way your talk to yourself. Set intentions in a gentle way and trust in the flow of the Universe.
  • Have a rampage of gratitude. Wake up and be grateful for your pillow, the roof over your head, the comfort of your body… If you start your day with gratitude, you open your heart to see the beauty all around you.
  • Open yourself to guidance. The Universe will steer you to the right path.
  • Expand your perspective to get yourself out of the ego state that locks you into your mind.
  • Be willing to take what you want—there’s no need for shame.
  • Be grounded in the present—what’s going on with you right now? Journaling can help you work out what you’re feeling, and let go of difficult emotions.
  • Realize that the ups and downs are all part of the experience of life, and part of being human. Experiencing the darker emotions helps you to appreciate the lighter ones.
  • Allow yourself to feel the whole range of your emotions. Even depression can lead you to something better.

 

Tips to release weight in a healthy way:

  • Know where your weight came from.
  • Be really clear about why you want to lose weight and where you want to be.
  • Get to know your body, it will help you work out the best diet for your unique needs.
  • Weight loss is a metabolic and hormonal response—you need to take a long-term sustainable approach. Crash diets don’t work. It’s about quality of food and nutrients.
  • Exercise is a huge component of health—strength training can turn your body into a fat burning machine. Challenge yourself to do something you couldn’t easily do last week, or change it up and do something completely different.
  • Focus on a whole food plant-based diet.

Cows, pigs, and hens are sentient beings, just as intelligent as we are. They feel loss, love, pain, shame, fear, and solidarity. They want to be free, nurture their young, and play. Yet the factory farming industry is built with total disregard for these animals’ needs. It’s all about maximizing profits. The good news is that there are amazing people doing ground-breaking work to expose animal abuse and change legislation. Listen now!

 

Cody Carlson heard about Mercy For Animals when he was a private investigator for a business intelligence firm. Moved by their work, he reached out to the founder, Nathan Runkle (check out his episode). Before he knew it, Cody had quit his job, grown a goatee and become an undercover animal rights investigator.

 

It was a wild ride. Working undercover as a farm hand is exhausting physical work and emotionally intense. He witnessed how over 4,000 cows were kept constantly pregnant, saw newborn calves torn from their mothers and left to die, or sold for slaughter. He saw how much the animals wanted to play, to be loved. His footage of workers’ cruelty and the atrocities committed in the farm was broadcast by the media and resulted legislation that changed how these animals are treated. And that was it. He was hooked. He went to law school and is now one of Mercy for Animal’s attorneys.

 

Part of the work Cody is doing with Mercy For Animals is overturning ag-gag laws. Instead of reforming, the animal farming industry lobbies to amend legislation and keep their inhumane practices within the law. From around 2010, ag-gag laws made it a crime to conduct undercover investigations that reveal what goes on in factory farms. Mercy For Animals is winning the fight against ag-gag laws, but some states still have them: MontanaUtahNorth DakotaMissouriKansasIowa and North Carolina. If you’re a resident of one of these states, you can help overturn these laws by contacting your local representative and encouraging them to speak out.

 

Are we ever going to see a world without slaughter houses? YES! With the rise of plant-based milks, dairy profits are plummeting. With growing public support, a radical movement away from meat and towards plant-based eating, changes in legislation and corporate policy, and delicious plant-powered options, we’re going to see the end of factory farming in our lifetimes. Additionally we can all be healthier, protect the environment, help the animals, and feel better than we’ve ever felt by ditching factory-farmed meats and adding more plants to our diets.

 

 

What can you do today to help the animals?

  • Contact your law-maker and encourage them to speak out about animal cruelty and ag-gag laws.
  • Join an animal activism group. Mercy For Animals is the leading international farm animal protection organization. You can sign up on the website and check out how you can get involved.

Cody and Leslie’s tips to eat healthier and plant-based wherever you live:

  • Veganize your meal when you eat out (for example, you can order Denny’s scrambled egg platter and swap the eggs for potatoes).
  • Stop eating processed foods.
  • Eat real, whole foods.
  • Always look at the ingredient list. If it doesn’t read like a recipe, put it down.
